Dawn K Smith, MD, MS, MPH, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Atlanta, GA

Dr. Smith is a medical epidemiologist at CDC currently serving as biomedical interventions implementation officer in the Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention. She brings her clinical, public health, and research experience to planning DHAP activities for supporting the introduction and appropriate use of PrEP and other biomedical HIV prevention methods as part of the effort to reduce the number of new HIV infections in the U.S.
