Michael Buckley, MD, FIDSA, University of Pennsylvania Health System, Philadelphia, PA

Dr. Buckley, a graduate of Yale University School of Medicine, completed his residency at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and his ID fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. He has been practicing and teaching Infectious Disease for over 30 years. He recently stepped down as Chair of Medicine and CMO at the Pennsylvania Hospital to become that hospital's Chief Executive. He was a member of the Clinical Affairs Committee of the IDSA from 2006 to 2009.
