Curt G. Beckwith, MD, FACP, is Associate Professor Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Dr. Beckwith completed his internal medicine and infectious diseases training at Brown University. Dr. Beckwith’s research interests include developing innovative HIV and viral hepatitis testing, linkage, and retention programs for vulnerable populations, particularly for persons involved with the criminal justice system. In addition to being a clinical researcher, Dr. Beckwith is the Director of the Infectious Diseases Fellowship at Brown University, is co-leader of the Prisoner Health and Human Rights Scientific Program of the Lifespan/Tufts/Brown Center for AIDS Research, and is an infectious diseases clinician in the Providence area.
