Philip Toltzis, MD, Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, Cleveland, OH

Dr Philip Toltzis is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He trained in pediatrics at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital, Cleveland, and then in pediatric infectious diseases at Children’s Hospital, Boston. After returning to Cleveland as faculty at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, he completed further training in pediatric critical care at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital, where he currently serves at the medical director of the PICU. His interest has centered on the study of the epidemiology of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in children.
