Learning Objectives:

This session is intended for all clinicians and trainees who provide preventive or direct patient care in infectious diseases.  It is assumed that the participant has a basic understanding of the unresolved issues reflected in the topics for this symposium.  At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to weigh points debated and gain an understanding of "both sides" of the controversy.
