Learning Lounge Summary:
This session will discuss the experience of a large academic teaching hospital in implementing a comprehensive healthcare-associated infection (HAI) control program.  It will also detail the process that was undertaken to illustrate to the C-suit the program’s return on investment and justification for continued funding of the on-going program costs.
