Naomi Aronson, MD, FIDSA, Uniformed Services University of the Health Services, Bethesda, MD

Naomi Aronson FIDSA is Director, Infectious Diseases Division USUHS. She is a Professor of Medicine, Emerging Infectious Diseases,Preventive Medicine, and Pharmacology at USUHS. She has longstanding interests in tropical medicine especially leishmaniasis and tuberculosis. She was Director, Leishmaniasis Treatment Center at Walter Reed Army Medical Center treating nearly 1000 patients. She has co-directed the USUHS certificate (ASTMH recognized) course Tropical Medicine and Travelerís Health 2002-10.
