At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:

  • describe the use of financial incentives in HIV clinical care and identify the challenges and ethical issues regarding the use of financial incentives in clinical settings
  • evaluate the role of the Ryan White Program in supporting HIV care under health reform
  • discuss international trends in the HIV treatment cascade and interventions utilized to improve HIV testing, linkage and retention in HIV care
