At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:

  • describe principles related to the management of HIV-associated bone disease, cardiovascular complications of HIV, HIV-associated neurocognitive disease and pre-exposure prophylaxis of HIV in their own practice
  • determine appropriate interventions for prevention of bone, cardiovascular and neurocognitive complications in HIV-infected individuals
  • outline approaches to recognize and diagnose bone, cardiovascular and nuerocognitive complications of HIV disease
