Learning Objectives:

This interactive workshop will provide a review of two IDSA Maintenance of Certification (MOC) modules.  HIV Medicine in Clinical Practive and Hepatitis C, and will allow attendees to earn points toward American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) recertification.

At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:

  • summarize the ABIM recertification process
  • discuss evidence supporting answer choices in 60 ID case scenarios
  • apply updated information to the pathophysiology, diagnosis and management of Hepatitis C and HIV
  • summarize new treatment and diagnostic strategies in Hepatitis C and HIV
