We will present our experience with implementing an infectious disease fellow managed penicillin allergy consult service that offers penicillin skin testing.  We will share how this program has helped to optimize antibiotic use at our institution and also the lessons we learned from the process.  See how you can leverage your ID trainees to facilitate implementation of skin testing at your institution.
