Please join your colleagues in Infectious Disease for a special educational forum exploring the evolving challenges in the management of Gram-positive and Gram-negative infections.  This poster gallery event will provide a learning exchange that begins with a journey through the historical perspective of bacterial resistance in a Gram-positive pathogen—S.  aureus—and the emergence of resistance in Gram-negative pathogens. The outpatient management of skin infections will be explored.  Challenges in treating Gram-negative infections including detecting and identifying patients at risk will be presented. Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. and attendees are encouraged to visit anytime during the designated reception hours.
