  • discuss the evidence in support of and refuting treatment of congenital cytomegalovirus infections
  • outline key points to discuss with parents, children, and others responsible for the selection of seasonal influenza vaccination formulations for patients that are eligible for either LAIV or QIV
  • describe the optimal management of a child with a Gram negative infection based upon the discussion of the necessity and adverse effects of double coverage
