Anurag N. Malani, MD, is the Medical Director of the Antimicrobial Stewardship and Infection Prevention & Control Programs at St. Joseph Mercy Health System, based in Ann Arbor, MI. His research relates to antimicrobial stewardship and infection prevention, specifically in the community, with interests in long term care. Dr. Malani is a fellow of both the Infectious Diseases Society of America and the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America, a Certified Physician Executive (CPE), and serves as an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of Michigan.
