Caitlin Cossaboom, MPH, DVM, PhD, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Atlanta, GA

Caitlin Cossaboom completed her doctoral and veterinary training at Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. She is now an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer assigned to Bacterial Special Pathogens Branch in CDC’s National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases. Her current work focuses on domestic and international outbreak response of zoonotic bacterial diseases such as brucellosis, anthrax, and leptospirosis.
